Intensive work with a yoga therapist will promote your overall sense of well-being and assist in healing particular injuries or medical conditions.
In the initial session, we discuss health history, lifestyle habits, and goals, and do a structural assessment. Subsequent sessions include practices - such as yoga poses, breathing techniques, massage, acupressure, and meditation - to address established goals and initiate self-healing.
